[Perl-workflow-devel] Release 1.38 just uploaded to CPAN

Just a heads up. I have just uploaded release 1.38 to CPAN.

From the Changes file:

- Patch to minor bug where Worflow history did not set proper timezone
  in Workflow::Persister::DBI

The issue mentioned in the INCOMPATIBILITIES section is also documented in RT:86758 https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=86758

I cannot replicate the issue, which has existed for some time. The issue seems to be with Perl 5.8.8 perhaps even only with multi-threading enabled. If anybody are able to assert these facts please let me know.

I will put in some effort to investigate, but Perl 5.8.9 woes under perlbrew on my machine. 

Any opinions on specifying 5.10 as the minimum Perl version supported are also most welcome.

Feedback, bug reports, anything - most welcome, have a nice summer...
