[Perl-workflow-devel] Release 0.28, just uploaded to SourceForge and CPAN

Hello All,

I am happy to annouce the release of 0.28 of Workflow.

The release is just a maintenance release, it addresses two test  
reports of failing tests from CPAN testers and we finally reached
100% POD coverage.
