AFAIK Sourceforge does not provide one :-(

Indeed, feeds are a pretty useful thing to have ...

I guess the simplest way would be to create a mailing list for the
subversion checkings (+ maybe tracker changes, we post them to same
mailinglist at the OpenXPKI project), archive that at (for example)
gmane and read their RSS feed ...
