[Perl-workflow-devel] XML parsing patch

Attached is a simple patch that makes Workflow/Config/XML.pm component 
spit out the file name in addition to the parsing error when it chokes 
on something. I was loading several files, and this made it much easier 
to track down where the parsing errors were.

Feel free to tweak for style, etc. I just wanted to see the file name.
