[Perl-workflow-devel] Cached conditions bugfix

Hi all,

I've just committed a small bugfix for the cached conditions.
Currently, if we have a workflow that is running in a circle, i.e.
visiting one autorun state more than once, the conditions are only
checked once. When coming by the next time, the cached conditions
are used, which is not what was intended (the cached conditions should
be local to the current check of available activities). The patch
fixes this by deleting the condition cache before checking the
conditions.
