[Perl-workflow-devel] CPAN cleanup

Hello All,

I have removed old releases and old development releases from CPAN,  
these are still available from backpan if you need them.

So now we have the following releases available on CPAN:

1.32
1.31
1.30

+ the developer releases for 1.33 (1.33_2 and 1.33_3).

I hope this will address the failing test report for 0.27 we keep  
receiving.
