[Perl-workflow-devel] Release 0.32_8

Finally!

I got the 0.32_8 release out of the door. Please test and give  
feedback on the list. The Changes file is long and will be cleaned  
before next release, since I aim to boil the work down to the key  
features since last non-beta (0.31) release.. The TODO is long, plenty  
of patch candidates and/or contributions.

Happy Workflowing - I have high ambitions for 2009,
