I've just tried the below code:

And it does remove the complete redrawing of the window during a resize
(that white/grey flash). I believe most applications would benefit from this
change. For those that would have issues with the change, you could manually
apply the style.
For future builds can these styles be options rather than hard coded in?
For ultra smooth resizing we need double buffering though....
