For now you'll need to define the constants yourself. Try something like this:
sub LVHT_NOWHERE() {0x0001}
sub LVHT_ONITEMICON() {0x0002}
sub LVHT_ONITEMLABEL() {0x0004}
sub LVHT_ONITEMSTATEICON() {0x0008}
sub LVHT_ONITEM() {0x000E}
sub LVHT_ABOVE() {0x0008}
sub LVHT_BELOW() {0x0010}
sub LVHT_TORIGHT() {0x0020}
sub LVHT_TOLEFT() {0x0040}
