Unfortunately I have no direct cvs access to sf.net here at work,
and haven't checked 1.03_2 yet.
But I would find something like the attached patches (again 1.03) useful.
* Added some old samples from Aldo.
* DoEvents should take more PeekMessages params to be able to filter them,
and help modeless dialogs.
* CustomDraw event (here only realized for ListView) and the old
workaround from rob
as sample
