The WS_ flags are covered in Platform SDK Documentation -> User Interface Services -> Windows User Interface -> Windowing -> Windows -> Windows Reference -> Window Styles As you can see, you would probably never find something on MSDN if you do not already know exactly what you're looking for. Searching the MSDN for WS_NOTIFY gives no result, searching for WS_VISIBLE (or, beware, just WS_) gives you half a zillion results.
