[perl-win32-gui-users] Error compiling with Mingw

I've managed to build Perl 5.6.1 with Mingw, but I'm getting the
following errors while trying to build Win32::GUI. Can anybody help, or
tell me where I can post my question?

Note: Mingw uses dmake.exe, and I have built another module
(Date::Calc) which uses C-code extensions successfully.
