Whichever editors people use the most.

UltraEdit is easy to do since it's a mature editor with useful features. 
Notepad would be a little more difficult, but I think Win32::ActAcc and 
Win32::GuiTest can do wonders when it comes to controlling even the most 
primitive editors.

I'm not sure when it would get done though. If you really, really need 
Notepad support you can subclass PDE::Editor and write it yourself :)
