[perl-win32-gui-users] Building a HOWTO for Win32-GUI

    I was wondering if it was ok if I use the tutorials, which come with the Win32-GUI,
and build an online (and obviously off-line) HOWTO? You could distribute the HOWTO with
the module. Let me know what you think.
