How is it “not working”?  Does it return the wrong information, or throw an error, or what is it that makes you think it is not

I want to know the version of my OS so that I can differentiate between 32 bit and 64 bit.I have used Win32::GetOSDisplayName() but
its not working.Please help me on Priority basis.......
