I think we need to keep caution than sample must be commented, well = designed and don't show bad thing ;o) I suggest not have hard coded constant or strange -style option, replace = sendmessage by standard method (if availlable)... We probably need small basic sample and more complex sample. Why not rewrite notepad or program like that in Win32::GUI perl as = demonstration ? It's interresting for complex sample and usefull for test Win32:::GUI.
