[perl-win32-gui-users] Executable appears twice in task manager

Hello folks, I have this interesting little thing

I ma using perl 5.10  and par 0.994. My project uses both Win32::GUI and
threads for background operations. The strange thing is that when I run 
the executable (Rautor) it appears twice in the task manager list of 
processes.

Is this expected behaviour ?
