[perl-win32-gui-users] DIBitmap on Windows 98

I get the following error when trying to use DIBitmap on Windows 98.  Is 
there a workaround?
My script is simple.

use Win32::GUI;
use Win32::GUI::DIBitmap;
print "hello";
exit;

Error:
