From the perl manual (perldoc -f use):
 
  If you do not want to call the package's "import" method (for
  instance, to stop your namespace from being altered), explicitly
  supply the empty list:
 
      use Module ();

I'm just curious as I have been told and seen examples of "use Win32();"
But other "examples" just show "use Win32;".
