#39 Control-level accelerators

It would be useful to be able to define different
accelerators for individual controls. On a keypress, if
the control with focus has an accelerator definition
for that key then that function would be called. If
not, then the accelerator for the closest parent
control (if any) would be used, up to the top-level
window. See thread "Accelerators" on the users list,
started 2006-01-08.
