#33 Richedit - CHARFORMAT2 additions

Looking at CHARFORMAT2, specifically dwMask - CFM_BACKCOLOR

It would appear from MSDN that this would enable the
background of the Selected Text to have an alternate
background colour as well or instead of just the
foreground or font colour.

This would enable syntax highlighting or markup
highlighting of text.
