Either the AnimateWindows.pl sample program
has an error or the GUI.pm
has an error in the way that they specify directions for the animate options.

AnimateWindows.pl has 'bltr' to specify that the animation should go from bottom left to top right.

However, in GUI.pm it has 'blrt' instead
(meaning I supposed bottom left to right top)

I'm not sure which is wrong, the sample program or GUI.pm, but when I changed GUI.pm to have 'bltr' on line 441 (and in the previous comment on line 404 --
you know how important it is for comments to be right for correct program execution *grin* )
then the sample program ran correctly.

Prior to this change the sample program gave an error message when you tried to have animation run from bottom left to top right.

I did not TRY to see if changing the AnimateWindows.pl would have worked if I changed it's code to use the 'blrt' instead of 'bltr'. It seems to me that 'bltr' follows the correct sense of things, so I am reporting this as a bug in GUI.pm.

Thank you for the report. I have applied your 2 changes to my local copy (along with a change that generates a warning but still allows 'blrt' for a deprecation cycle). The change will make it's way into CVS soon, and into the next release.

    Regards,
    Rob.
