This is my annual ;-) message to let you all know that the
Perl Widget Library is still alive.
An example of a real, active widget is the TreeView
widget. See it in action here.

I have not made any releases recently because I have actually been
using it in a production project. This is both good and bad.
1. it has proven the concepts decisively
2. it has revealed weaknesses that will make be rewrite
some of the infrastructure, requiring modifications to all
widget code.
In other words, the Perl Widget Library has an increasingly
promising future but is still currently in flux.
I have recently committed the latest to CVS in case anyone
is interested in looking at it.
However, I consider it still in middle-alpha state.
