[PW-dev] Perl Widget Library 0.04 is out

Hi,

I fixed the issues which were holding up the completion of
using a straightforward Perl config file.
I have made a release today of Widget-0.04.tar.gz.

(Pardon the poor internationalization example. I have no idea if Canadian
French differs from French French in the illustrated way.)
