I have significantly upgraded the home page for the Perl Widget Library.
It tries to better explain "what it is" and "why we are doing this".

I would encourage everyone to read and discuss this.
It is incredible how even a small group of developers can disagree
about a Widget library! ;-)

P.S. For major issues, let's please only have one major issue per email.
That way, we can track the discussion in the mailing list archive
(as opposed to the nightmare "Real Widgets and Template Languages"
thread on modperl).
