#12 Change time range behaviour

Create a configuration parameter to change the time
range filter behaviour. The current one, if selected
‘day 10 to 13’, hours ‘8 to 10’ it will return all
messages from day 10, 11, 12, 13 between 8 and 10 o
clock. This makes impossible to filter for exampl day
10, 9 pm to day 11, 5 am
