I'm assuming you're talking about the encoding of the description and
title fields, ie are they HTML or not.
This is not so much a bug in XML::RSS as one in the RSS 2.0
specification. There's no way within the format to detail the encoding you
are using. This is a known problem, and not really anything we can do
anything about. If that's not what you're talking about, could you file a
new bug report that is more specific?
