#4 Support for TIFF images

TIFF images, although not very common anymore, are
generated by vintage applications such as those that are
DOS-based (e.g., facsimile software, very old but useful
graphics applications, etc.) and can support vectored
graphics (that is, the image can be resized without loss
of quality). TIFF support would be a nice addition to this
module.

The medical community still uses tiff extensively.
