[Perl-openssl-users] [cpan][patch]Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA doesn't work on Perl 5.14.0

Hi, Ian.

I found that Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA doesn't pass the tests on Perl 5.14.0
because of RT#65947

This ticket also suggests a resolution on which I have written a patch.

This module is important because OAuth::Lite depends on it. Can you
please review my patch?
