[Perl-openssl-users] Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA: Wrong number of tests calculated in t/rsa.t

The number of tests isn't correctly calculated in t/rsa.t from
Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA version 0.24.  I've attached a small patch that
fixes this problem.
