[Perl-openssl-users] Crypt-OpenSSL-Random-0.03 - bug report + patches

  While building Crypt-OpenSSL-Random-0.03 into perl5.8.5 today I hit a
few problems.

   Notes and patches attached (although I realize that adding "ps -ef"
to the seeding text is non-portable).
