I'm just getting started with perl-ldap. I believe there is a problem
with the lib/Net/LDAP.pod:

The first modification is (I think) necessary, while the second change
just makes me feel better.

Actually i 2 wrote similar code but it gave success
for every password i entered..
Later on I discovered the Problem is with Our LDAP
server not with the code.It exepts only 1st 8 digits of passwd
and rejects remaining..
May be that's a bug :-)
