Here's another example of a tricky DN that might be worth testing:
distinguishedNameTableKey=cn\=DSA\, c\=GB, cn=bilateral table, cn=DSA, c=US
(The syntax of distinguishedNameTableKey is DistinguishedName, for the
curious.)
