No, that's not currently possible.
The current drafts of X.500 support heirarchical relationships between
entries independant of the DIT structure, and it is possible to request
that a read operation returns the entire family.
You may want to investigate that option; there are internet drafts around
which describe the mapping of these features into LDAP.
