Convert::ASN is known not to work with threads as it uses a feature of perl
that is known not to work when threads is enabled. However due to recent
discussion on perl5-porters about how broken perls threads are and that they
should be removed (if they could be) I am reluctant to spend the time
to code the algorithm a different way.
So all can say is, don't use a perl compiled with threads enabled.
