No, that would be URI::ldap which used to be in the dist, but I gave it
to Gisle to include in the URI dist.
LWP::Protocol::ldap is a protocol handler package for LWP so LWP can
handle ldap: URLs.

This is an LWP protocol module. LWP is expecting a string for the content.
You could consider it as a client-side cgi script if you wanted a twisted
definition.
