Authen::SASL

As I have mentioned before I have been working on changes to Authen::SASL.

I would appreciate anyone testing

This should be backwards compatible with the current Authen::SASL.

If I don't hear of any problems withinn a few days I will upload it
to CPAN and version 2.00.

From now on Authen::SASL will be distributed separately and
future releases of perl-ldap will not include Authen::SASL
