I have seen AD schema extended via LDIF files in the past.  You might
want to dig around and see if you can figure something out in that space
using LDIFDE.

unfortunately, AD doesn't allow you to update the schema from the LDAP
protocol.  here is a support page which tells you exactly what to do to
modify the default schema:

if this can be done via LDAP, then i would love to be enlightened!  :-)
