v3 testing

Today I modified the test suite so that it will now work with
OpenLDAP1 and OpenLDAP2. The intent was to add some tests for the
controls we have implemented. But OpenLDAP2 only supports one
control.

Does anyone know of an avaliable server that I can write tests
against.

Idealy I would like a server I can run on the local machine (FreeBSD)
but I would settle for a publically avaliable server that I could
write some reasonable test against.
