5.6.1 generally seems to be more stable than 5.6.0. I've not used
Net::LDAP much with it, though. But where I have it's worked fine...

hmm, can Net::LDAP do things like setting UTF8-ness on strings passed
to/from an LDAPv3 server? I get the impression it's not trivial to do
in pure Perl, though :|
