Net::LDAP::Schema changes

Attached is a patch that makes Net::LDAP::Schema return undef, or empty list,
if a given name matches multiple items.

I have posted this before, but this patch will set an error element
which can be retieved via $schema->error

If nobody reports a problem I will commit this soon.
