LDAP updates to Exchange 5.5 supported?

It is my understanding that MS Exchange 5.5 LDAP services now supports LDAP read,write and modifies.

Anyone know where I can get more information on this. I have tried MS's website but I can seem
to find specifics on the LDAP service for 5.5. Most of the info refers to Active directory. 
Someone have a shortcut URL for me?

My immediate question is whether 5.5 supports a command line full export to LDIF?
