Dont bother i found a solution to my problem. When i wish to have the
actual referral entries, intead of the referrals i use :

my $ctrl = Net::LDAP::Control->new(
        type    =>      LDAP_CONTROL_MANAGEDSAIT,
);

$mesg = $cldap->search (
                 base    => $base
                 scope   => base
                 filter  => "objectclass=*",
                 control => [ $ctrl ]
         );
