I think this is getting out of the context for the list, which is designed
to answer questions about Net::LDAP, the pure Perl LDAP API. 

There are other lists devoted to LDAP in general.

There are several LDAP servers that run on Windows (though only NT or
2000) including Netscape, Novell and MessagingDirect.
