I recall seeing a note from Graham somewhere saying that this was OK. 
Just copy the contents of the 'lib' directory (not the directory 
itself) to where your perl gets site-specific modules from.

Straight to Graham would be best, unless the changes are controversial 
in any way. (Fixing typos isn't too controversial though.)
