netware NDS homedirectory attribute/s and passwords?

Hi all,

I've successfully populated my NDS with 15000 users (took about 5 minutes
to run) ...but a few attributes still elude me....

Setting The Home Directory Attribute in Novell's NDS (and which NDS
properties have to be assigned to LDAP attributes to do it)?

Setting the new user's password via LDAP?  (it's an attribute, but again I
don't know which one, or how to set it!)

Can anyone Help?
