I still feel there's a need for some more documentation somewhere, at a 
higher level than what the Netscape manuals have. (I also don't like 
the Netscape site because it uses frames, and you can't bookmark inside 
a frame.)

A simple example of the sort of high-level problem newbies have is that 
they try to search for an entry using a search filter that includes 
part of the entry's DN. The difference between a DN and the attributes 
in an entry is obviously not being spotted.
