using perl-ldap with win2k active directory

hellow all,
I need to use web Authentication via web pages 
against active directory . I have IIS and Apache web servers with ASP , PHP and Oracle IAS .
How Can I use perl-ldap (a sample code ) to get the
username and passrod via a web page and check it in activeDirectory
