Create a Net::LDAP::Entry object of a specific DN

Hello,

how can you create a Net::LDAP::Entry object of one specific DN, like
uid=admin,ou=organizational unit,o=org,c=de?
I haven't found something useful tweaking Net::LDAP->search() into
returning just that DN, and why should I perform a search, when I exactly
know what entry to retreive?
