Using checkauth.pl

Well, after doing some more reading, I discovered checkauth.pl.

It appears to run fine however I cannot get authenticated. Here are some
questions:

- For MS Exchange 5.5 LDAP what authentication method should I use? Clear
TExt, Challenge etc.
- When I specify a Userid do I need to qualify that with the domain?
DOMAIN\userid?
